Umbrella Boy

In my head I think of this kid, mid teens with a magical umbrella that he uses to fight, deflect projectiles, use as a boat, and fly around. He wears a wool coat with a scarf, he hangs a little lantern on the handle of the umbrella at night. Edit: He also doesn't have flipper hands.
