The idea of them being dead babies really creeps me out, but I do like the idea of them growing heavier as they get closer to the grave yard. I like the bottom drawing (dat happy face), but maaaan oh man, top left drawing freaks me out - kinda reminds me of the Madder Red flesh monster/pet/lover(?) thing.
